We want you to absolutely adore your new goodies from us, so here’s our policy in a nutshell:

• Final Sale: All products—whether they’re on sale, part of a promotion, or digital memberships/subscription orders—are considered final sale.
• International Orders: At this time, we’re unable to accept returns for international orders.
• Quality Concerns: If you spot any issues with your order, please reach out to us within one week of delivery. We’ll need clear photos or videos that show what’s wrong, plus a detailed description. Don’t forget to include a snapshot of your packing slip so we can get everything sorted out quickly.
• Refunds & Credits: While we can’t guarantee a refund or credit, we promise to review each situation carefully. We do our best to check every product before shipping, but if something does come up, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
